Common use of Changes to the Scope of Operations Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Scope of Operations. The Authority may, at any time by written notice after contract award, make changes within the general scope of the Contract, including, but not limited to, changes in: (1) Premises assigned; (2) the minimum and maximum limits on the level of staffing; and (3) the hours of operation. The Contractor shall institute such changes without delay.
