CHANGES TO YOUR PLAN. 6.2.1 You may at any time request that You wish to change Your Mobile Service from one Mobile Service Plan to another Mobile Service Plan (such change being a Plan Change), either: (a) online through Your Account Portal (24 hours a day, 7 days a week); or (b) by calling Our Customer Service Team (during operating hours).
