Changes We Can Make. 7.1 Unless a disclosure statement indicates otherwise and so long as we give you notice as required by the credit law, we can change: a. the amount, frequency, time for payment or method of calculation of any payment; b. the amount, frequency, time for payment or calculation of any fee or charge payable under the contract. We will only exercise our power to make a change if it is to protect or further our legitimate business interests and unless there are reasons specific to your loan that require otherwise, any change that we make will be made across all loans of a similar type to your loan; and c. any other term and condition.
