Common use of Changing premises Clause in Contracts

Changing premises. 10.1 If during the term of this Agreement you wish to change the Premises to which we supply the Services or change any of the Services then you must notify us of this request by telephone free on 00000 000000 from any landline or mobile, or 191 from a Vodafone mobile. Our provision of services to your new Premises will involve the termination of this Agreement and our provision of the Services under a new agreement. We will not provide you with a new router on providing Services under a new agreement. In these circumstances you must retain the router we originally provided to you for this purpose. We will provide reasonable assistance however installation fees and / or Early Termination Fees may apply.
