CHANGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEASE. Landlord must give Tenant at least _45__ days notice before the lease term ends. If any terms and conditions are changed, Tenant has _21___ days from the date of receiving the notice to decide to accept or not accept the changes. If Tenant does not give the required notice within the _21_ day period, the lease renews under the new terms and conditions given by the Landlord. This lease automatically renews on a month-to-month basis if not ended or changed by either party. TENANT BREAKS LEASE Tenant loses the protection provided in this lease if: Tenant does not pay rent or other charges due; Tenant empties or abandons the leased property before the end of the lease without written notice to the Landlord; Tenant does not follow all the terms and conditions of this lease; Tenant does not leave at the end of the lease period. Tenant will pay Landlord a fee of $ 100.00 per day if Tenant does not leave the leased property at the end of the lease. If Tenant breaks this lease in any way, the security deposit is not refundable.

  • Terms and Conditions of Use NASCAR shall have the right to use and sublicense PROMOTER’s Marks in connection with publicity, promotion or advertising of the Event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and the exploitation of Live Broadcast Rights and Ancillary Rights, provided, however, that NASCAR shall not, without the prior written consent of PROMOTER, use or sublicense the use of PROMOTER’s Marks on the branding of any retail package product, unless otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.
