CHANGING THIS SFOA. 2.1 We can make changes to the SFOA in accordance with the following: (a) where the change is likely to benefit or have a neutral or minor detrimental impact on you, the change will take effect as soon as we give written notice to you either directly or by way of an advertisement on our website; (b) if we change this SFOA to your detriment, and that detriment is not minor or insignificant, we will give you 21 days’ written notice of the change. Should you not agree with the change you will be entitled to terminate any Service within 42 days from the date of our notice. 2.2 If you choose to terminate Services under clause 2.1(b), you will be required to pay us all outstanding amounts in a lump sum for any Services or Equipment which you have not fully paid for at the date of termination and any outstanding amounts that cover installation costs 2.3 The parties may make changes to this SFOA through mutual consent.
