Channel Line-Up. You expressly understand and agree that Astound may, at any time and from time to time, change the number and/or identity of the signals comprising your video Services and/or the placement of these signals. Astound, its authorized agents and equipment manufacturers may send code updates to the video equipment including, but not limited to, cable modems, digital interactive televisions with CableCARDs, and MTAs at any time it is determined necessary to do so as part of the video Services provided hereunder. Such code updates may change, add or remove features or functionality of any such equipment or the video Services.
