Channel Sharing Agreements. All material Channel Sharing Agreements entered into (a) between any Covenant Entity and any Subsidiary of Nexstar Media and (b) between any Covenant Entity, on the one hand, and any Person, on the other hand that are effective and permitted to be disclosed by applicable law on the Closing Date are listed on Schedule 5.23, and full and complete copies thereof have been delivered to the Administrative Agent, unless the Incentive Auction Results Public Notice has not been issued by the FCC as of the Closing Date.
