P. 6006 approving assumption of (A) the A320 Family Aircraft Purchase Agreement made July 20, 2011, as amended, between Airbus S.A.S. and American Airlines, Inc., and (B) the General Terms Agreement by and among IAE International Aero Engines AG and American Airlines, Inc. as amended and supplemented [Docket No. 6315].
