Chapter Remedies and Claims. Chapter shall under no circumstance be entitled, directly or indirectly, to any form of compensation or indemnity from Client or to obtain an injunction, specific performance, or other equitable remedy as a consequence of the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason. Chapter waives any claims it may have against Client arising from any alleged goodwill created by Chapter for the benefit of Client or from the alleged creation or increase of a market for products, services, or other items bearing the Marks.
