CHARACTER OF OCCUPANCY. A. The Premises are to be used for machinery and equipment rental, repairs, sales, refueling and storage; merchandise sale and warehousing; any other rental type of business; or for any other purpose allowed by law and reasonably approved by Landlord. B. Tenant shall not commit waste or suffer or permit waste to be committed, nor shall Tenant permit any nuisance in or about the Premises. C. Tenant shall not use the Premises or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way conflict with any law, statute, ordinance or governmental rule or regulation now in force or hereafter enacted or promulgated. D. Landlord agrees to not initiate or participate in any zoning change affecting the Premises without first obtaining the prior written consent of Tenant, which may be withheld in Tenant's sole discretion.
