CHARACTER OF SERVICES. Nothing in the Agreement will create any association, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the parties. Supplier, as an independent contractor, will furnish all equipment, personnel and material sufficient to provide the Services expeditiously and efficiently during as many hours per shift and shifts per week and at such locations as UC may so require and designate.
