Common use of Character of Warrant Shares Clause in Contracts

Character of Warrant Shares. All Common Shares issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant, when paid for in accordance with this Warrant, shall be duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable Common Shares of the Company.
