Common use of Characteristics of Obligors Clause in Contracts

Characteristics of Obligors. As of the date of each Obligor's application for the loan from which each Related Receivable that is a CPS Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) did not have any material past due credit obligations or any personal or real property repossessed or wages garnished within one year prior to the date of such application, unless such amounts have been repaid or discharged through bankruptcy, (b) was not the subject of any federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that has not been discharged, (c) had not been the subject of more than one Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding, (d) was domiciled in the United States and (e) was not self-employed.
