Charge for Interchange Energy. The charge for Interchange Energy sales by an OPERATING COMPANY during any hour will be based on the variable costs of the generating resources that are considered as having supplied the Interchange Energy. The methodology for determining the charges for Associated and Opportunity Interchange Energy sales to the Pool during any hour is set out in ARTICLE III of the Manual.
