CHARGE FOR SERVICE. All costs of Lessor for providing the services set forth in Article 4 (except those additional charges paid directly by Lessee pursuant to Article 4) shall be subject to the additional rent provisions in Section 2.3 and shall be payable as therein provided.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. All costs of Landlord for providing the services set forth in Article 4.00 (except those charges paid by Tenant pursuant to section 4.04) shall be subject to the additional rent provisions in section 2.02.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. 3.1 OS Charge
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. PF shall reimburse PFT within 30 days after receipt by PF of a PFT invoice for all Employment Costs incurred by PFT with respect to each Employee providing services under this Agreement and for all travel and incidental costs incurred by an Employee in accordance with the policies and procedures of PF while performing his or her duties for PF and paid by PFT. "Employment Costs" means an (either hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) agreed upon by PFT and PF in advance which shall approximate the actual costs directly incurred by PFT or its Affiliates, as the case may be, in respect of the employment of each Seconded Employee, including the salary, benefits, bonuses, payroll and payroll-related taxes, employer's pension contributions, health insurance and other customary employee benefits. PFT or its Affiliates, as the case may be, shall not increase a Seconded Employee's Employment Costs except for customary increases made in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice; provided, however, PFT shall give PF at least 10 days prior written notice. For sake of clarity, the amount of any bonuses and/or incentive compensation to be paid to a Seconded Employee for such employee's contribution to PF shall be determined at the sole discretion of PF and shall be paid in a lump sum in the month awarded and not subject to the monthly rate and PF agrees to reimburse PFT for such lump sum payment. At the election of PFT and upon 30 days prior written notice to PF, PF shall directly bear payroll and payroll-related taxes for each Employee.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. The rate used in calculating Shipper’s monthly bill for Service under Rate Schedule STFT, Short Term Firm Transportation Service is the FT Rate in Zone 8 or Zone 9 as applicable.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. Operational Services will provide this service in return for the full agreed charges as calculated The SLA charge is specific to each school and is based on:- • Actual number of meals served (food cost and income levels) from historical data • Actual staffing levels required to meet the needs of the service including relief cover • Direct Costs – equipment and furniture repairs & replacements, cleaning materials, Person Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms • Management costs • Transport and Central Production Unit (CPU) costs for end kitchens only. This is on the basis that the service operates on the designated number of pupil days per year. The school may also be charged for non-recoverable costs if the school is closed during term time and where the decision to close is outside the control of the service provider. There will be an annual review of the meal prices and increases applied as recommended by Bury Council. Any adjustments in selling prices shall take effect from 1st September in each contract year.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. All costs of Landlord for providing the services set forth in this Article 5 (except those charges paid by Tenant pursuant to Section 5.4) shall be subject to the Additional Rent provisions in Section 3.2.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. The rate used in calculating Shipper’s monthly bill for Service under Rate Schedule FT, Firm Transportation Service in the Zone is the FT Rate.
CHARGE FOR SERVICE. The contracting outside agency agrees to compensate El Paso County at the service rate of Three Hundred-Fifty dollars ($350), for each incinerator cycle, payable at the end of the calendar month in which the appointment occurred.
