Common use of Charge to Account Clause in Contracts

Charge to Account. On the date that any principal or interest on the Notes or any fees or charges payable under this Agreement are due, the Borrower authorizes HSBC Bank to debit account number 770-804683 of the Borrower maintained with HSBC Bank on such date in an amount equal to such unpaid principal, interest, fees or charges, as applicable.
