If you place a chargeback with your credit card (on purpose or by mistake) for any deposit you made in your Account with Company, we reserve the right not to consider withdrawal request until proceeding of challenge the chargeback has been completed. Dispute resolution of chargeback challenge takes 120 days since the report has been submitted under MasterCard and Visa rules.
