Chargebacks and Returned Checks. Contractor is responsible for promptly investigating and analyzing each chargeback arising in connection with the Parking Facilities and shall make a specific recommendation to HFC in each such instance. Contractor shall use its best efforts to reduce the occurrence of chargebacks. Contractor is responsible for the prompt collection of all amounts due, including bank fees, for returned checks tendered by customers that are returned unpaid by the bank for any reason.
