Chargee’s Priority Deed. A Participant may assign by way of security, mortgage, charge or otherwise create a Security Interest (as principal or as surety) over that Participant's right, title and interest in the Collateral and the Share Collateral in accordance with clause 12.7 of the Joint Venture Agreement and not otherwise.
