Common use of Charges and Debiting Accounts Clause in Contracts

Charges and Debiting Accounts. All charges incurred by you in respect of the Customer Custody Services shall be collected by Hubwise by debiting your respective Cash or Cash Reserve Accounts. Details of such charges are included in Schedule 2. As instructed by SCM, Hubwise is authorised to debit any Account in respect of those charges. Hubwise may change the charges for the Customer Custody Services at any time upon reasonable notice. It is possible that you may be liable for other taxes or costs in addition to the charges in respect of the Customer Custody Services.
