CHARGES AND LIABILITIES. 17.1 Except as otherwise provided, the Partners shall each bear their own costs and expenses incurred in complying with their obligations under this MoU. 17.2 The Partners agree to share the costs and expenses arising in respect of the Project between them in accordance with the Financial Contributions set out in Schedule 2. 17.3 The Partners shall remain liable for any losses or liabilities incurred due to their own or their employees’ actions and neither Partner intends that the other Partner shall be liable for any loss it suffers as a result of this MoU.
