Common use of CHARGES AND RATES Clause in Contracts

CHARGES AND RATES. 3.01 Except as otherwise stated herein in Schedule 1 hereof, the charges and rates to be billed by Xxxxxxxx and paid by Xxxxxxx for the Transportation Services provided under this Contract will be those specified in Enbridge's C1 Rate Schedule.
