Common use of Charges and tax Clause in Contracts

Charges and tax. (a) You must pay the charges set out in the Charges Tariff, together with any tax, duty or other charge required to be paid to any authority, which will be applied to your account. (b) You must pay any reasonable costs we incur in enforcing payment, after as well as before any court order, including the cost of finding you if you change your address but do not tell us.
