Charges & Commissions. 11.1. Charges and commissions applicable to your account will be provided to you in good faith, agreed with you before entering into any transaction (subject to clause 4.8 above) and will be shown on the statement sent to you. In such an event, the Commissions will be charged to the Account. Commissions and charges may be changed from time to time. Your approval may not be always sought. If any charges are not expressed in money terms (but for example as a spread), the Client should ask for a written explanation, including appropriate examples, to establish what such charges are likely to mean in specific money terms. Further information in respect to costs and charges are provided in an aggregated form on the Company’s Website (expressed in both as a cash amount and as a percentage) as well as within the Company’s Terms of Business, which constitutes part of this Agreement. The Company is in a position to provide you with an itemized breakdown of costs and charges upon your request. The respective request should be addressed to xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx.

Ngân hàng, tại mọi thời điểm bất kể liệu tôi có còn duy trì Tài khoản hay còn sử dụng bất kỳ sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ nào của ngân hàng hay không, có thể chuyển thông tin chi tiết trên Tài khoản của tôi (bao gồm cả thông tin giao dịch, dữ liệu cá nhân) cho một Nhóm công ty, Bên thứ ba Cung cấp Dịch vụ hoặc nhân viên của ngân hàng làm việc ở một nước khác, miễn là họ đồng ý rằng thông tin của tôi sẽ được bảo vệ tương đương với việc ngân hàng được yêu cầu bảo vệ thông tin của tôi tại Việt Nam. Tôi đồng ý cho ngân hàng hoặc Citibank hoặc những người khác thực hiên thay cho ngân hàng hoặc nhân viên của họ, tại mọi thời điểm bất kể liệu tôi có còn duy trì Tài khoản hay còn sử dụng bất kỳ sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ nào của ngân hàng hay không, chuyển giao thông tin của tôi (bao gồm cả tên trước đây và giới tính) cho Cơ quan có thẩm quyền ở các nước khác nếu việc tiết lộ là theo yêu cầu của Luật hoặc Quy định pháp luật, với điều kiện không trái với các nguyên tắc cơ bản của pháp luật Việt Nam.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Section 9.2 shall survive the Closing or any earlier termination of this Agreement.

  • Commissions and Fees Pentegra has not incurred any obligation for any finder's, broker's or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
