If the Service Provider terminates a Service Order under clause 22.3(c) or clause 22.4(b) during the Minimum Service Term, or if the LFC terminates a Service Order under clause 22.1(a), (b) or (d), then the LFC may require the Service Provider to pay the early termination charges (if any) set out in the Service List.
