Common use of Charges for Overrun Clause in Contracts

Charges for Overrun. (a) The Service Providers will charge the Shipper an Overrun Charge for Overrun Gas calculated in accordance with this clause. (b) Subject to clause 10(e): (i) the charge for authorised Overrun Gas on a Firm Forward Haulage Service, As-Available Forward Haulage Service or As- Available Backhaul Haulage Service is calculated so that the first portion of the authorised Overrun Gas up to the Contract Tolerance on the relevant Day is charged at 100% of the Tariff for that Path and the remainder of the authorised Overrun Gas delivered by the Service Providers is charged at 130% of the then current Tariff for that Path (Authorised Overrun Charge).
