Charges for Space Clause Samples
The "Charges for Space" clause defines the financial obligations related to the use or rental of physical space under an agreement. It typically outlines how much the party must pay, the frequency of payments (such as monthly or annually), and may specify what is included in the charge, such as utilities, maintenance, or common area fees. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the costs associated with occupying or using the space, thereby preventing disputes over payment expectations and responsibilities.
