Charges for Space. In consideration for the rental of the space, Exhibitor shall pay to CCAFI a fee in the amount of $175 for a 12’ x 12’ space (space permitting), or $350 for a double space. Said charges shall accompany the delivery to CCAFI of an executed copy of this Agreement and shall be postmarked by April 28, 2017 and mailed to: COLORSCAPE CHENANGO ARTS FESTIVAL, INC., X.X. XXX 000, XXXXXXX, XX 00000 Exhibitors who do not return their contract and fees by April 28, 2017 risk loss of their assigned space.

Charges for Space. The charges for space are as shown on the Contract for Exhibition Stand Space form. The rates are for floor space only or floor space with shell scheme erected by the Organiser’s Contractor for the Exhibitor.
Charges for Space. In consideration for the use of the space, Exhibitor shall pay to GCAC a fee in the amount of $495 for a 10’ x 10’ space. These charges must be paid through ZAPP by March 31, 2014. A corner space is defined as any display space that has at least ten feet between one side of the space and the neighboring space. Corner spaces will be made available by invitation only. There will be an additional charge of $100 for each corner space. A small number of double spaces are available for exhibitors with large pieces, or who have been accepted in more than one category. Double booths spaces will be made available by invitation only. There will be an additional charge for Double Booths as follows: $970 (10’ x 20’), or $1070 for a double corner space. Corner or Double booth fees, must paid on ZAPP by April 28, 2014.

  • Charges for Services (a) It is the intention of the parties that the charges for the Services provided under this Agreement be determined in accordance with fair and reasonable standards and that no party realize a profit nor incur a loss as a result of the Services rendered pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Service Costs Service Costs are direct and indirect expenditures incurred in support of Petroleum Operations in the Contract Area, including expenditures on warehouses, piers, marine vessels, vehicles, motorized rolling equipment, aircraft, fire and security stations, workshops, water and sewerage plants, power plants, housing, community and recreational facilities and furniture and tools and equipment used in these activities. Service Costs in any Year shall include the costs incurred in such Year to purchase and/or construct the said facilities as well as the annual costs of maintaining and operating the same, each to be identified separately. All Service Costs shall be regularly allocated as specified in Sections 2.2.5, 2.3.5 and 2.4 to Exploration Costs, Development Costs and Production Costs and shall be separately shown under each of these categories. Where Service Costs are made in respect of shared facilities, the basis of allocation of costs to Petroleum Operations hereunder shall be specified.
