Common use of Charges of Administrative Trustee Clause in Contracts

Charges of Administrative Trustee. (a) Each Person acquiring Baskets pursuant to a Purchase Order and each Person Surrendering Baskets pursuant to a Redemption Order shall pay to the Processing Agent the transaction fee specified in the ETF Services Agreement between the Trust and the Processing Agent, and reimburse the Trust, the Administrative Trustee and the Processing Agent for any and all expenses and costs incurred in connection with such Purchase Order or Redemption Order.
