Common use of Charges of Administrative Trustee Clause in Contracts

Charges of Administrative Trustee. (a) Each Person acquiring Baskets pursuant to a Purchase Order and each Person Surrendering Baskets pursuant to a Redemption Order shall pay to the Administrative Trustee the transaction fee specified in the applicable Authorized Participant Agreement, and reimburse the Trust and the Administrative Trustee for any and all expenses and costs incurred in connection with such Purchase Order or Redemption Order. (b) The Administrative Trustee is entitled to receive from the Sponsor fees for its services and reimbursement for its out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with written agreements between the Sponsor and the Administrative Trustee. (c) The Administrative Trustee is entitled to charge the Trust for all expenses and disbursements incurred by it under Section 5.17(a) or that are of the type described in Sections 4.6(a)(ii) or (iii) (including the fees and disbursements of legal counsel), except that the Administrative Trustee is not entitled to charge the Trust for (i) expenses and disbursements that were incurred by it before the commencement of trading of Shares on the Exchange and (ii) fees of agents for performing services the Administrative Trustee is required to perform under this Agreement.
