Charges of the Trustee. The Grantor agrees to pay all reasonable costs or fees charged by the Trustee for acting as the Trustee pursuant to this Trust Agreement, as agreed between the Grantor and the Trustee, including fees incurred by the Trustee for legal services deemed reasonably necessary by the Trustee as a result of the Trustee’s so acting; provided, however, that no such costs, fees or expenses shall be paid out of the Assets held in or credited to the Trust Account.
