Common use of Charges Payable for Additional Delivery Points Clause in Contracts

Where the User wishes to add a delivery point to the Relevant Customer List under this clause 11, ActewAGL may, in addition to any other Charges payable under this Agreement, require the payment of a surcharge in accordance with Rule 83 of the National Gas Rules.
