Common use of Charging and Discharging Energy Clause in Contracts

Charging and Discharging Energy. Subject to the direction of the Project Committee, CCP shall reasonably coordinate, schedule, and do all other things necessary or appropriate, except as otherwise prohibited under this Agreement, to provide for the delivery of Charging Energy from the grid to the Point of Delivery to enable CCP to exercise its rights and obligations in connection with Charging Energy in accordance with the requirements of the ESSA. Subject to the direction of the Project Committee, CCP shall reasonably coordinate, schedule, and do all other things necessary or appropriate, except as otherwise prohibited under this Agreement, to provide for the delivery of Discharging Energy from the Point of Delivery to the grid to enable CCP to maximize the value of the ESSA to the Project Participants in accordance with the requirements of the ESSA.
