Charging and tariffs. 8.1.1 Both Parties agree that when a Roaming Subscriber uses the Services of the VPMN Operator, the Roaming Subscriber's HPMN Operator shall be responsible for payment of charges for the Services so used in accordance with the tariff of the VPMN Operator stated in Annex I. 3.1.
