CHARGING ARRANGEMENTS FOR SERVICES. 3.1 Charges and Invoices. The charges for Services are as set out in the Price List. Charges for systems support Services shall be invoiced monthly, quarterly or annually in advance as agreed between the parties as stated in the Service Contract. Invoices for other Services shall be rendered upon completion of such Services or monthly in the event the duration of services exceeds one month.
