Common use of Charging Your iPad’s Battery Clause in Contracts

Charging Your iPad’s Battery. iPads must be brought to school each day in a fully charged condition. Students need to charge their iPads each evening. Repeat violations (minimum of 3 days-not consecutively) of this policy will result in students being required to leave their iPad at school for 1 week. In cases where use of the iPad has caused batteries to become discharged, students may be able to connect their iPads to a power outlet in class. Power strips will be utilized if necessary.

Failure to have a power outlet in fully charged iPad is considered being unprepared for class. Power strips will be utilized if necessary.
