Charities Registration. If applicable, the Contractor agrees to (i) obtain not-for-profit status, a Federal identification number, and a charitable registration number (or a declaration of exemption) and to furnish the State Agency with this information as soon as it is available, (ii) be in compliance with the OAG charities registration requirements at the time of the awarding of this Master Contract by the State and (iii) remain in compliance with the OAG charities registration requirements throughout the term of the Master Contract.
