CHARTER CITIES. If the grantee is a charter city, a joint powers authority that includes one or more charter cities, or the regional lead for a regional program containing one or more charter cities, the grantee shall not receive any grant funding if such funding is prohibited by Labor Code section 1782. If it is determined that Labor Code section 1782 prohibits funding for the grant project, this Agreement will be terminated and any disbursed grant funds shall be returned to CalRecycle.
