Common use of Charter Contracts Clause in Contracts

Charter Contracts. In connection with any time charters having an indicated duration of at least 24 months (including any optional extensions or renewals), the applicable Credit Party shall, at its own cost and expense, promptly and duly execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent a notice of the assignment in respect of such charter contract contained in the Global Assignment Agreement (if permitted thereunder), and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the charterer under such charter to execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent a consent to such assignment in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Agent.

In connection with any time charters Permitted Charter having an indicated duration of at least 24 36 months (including any optional extensions or renewals), the applicable Credit Party shall, at its own cost and expense, promptly and duly execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent a notice an Assignment of the assignment Charters in respect of such charter contract contained in the Global Assignment Agreement (if permitted thereunder), and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the charterer under such charter contract to execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent a consent to such assignment the Assignment of Charters in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Administrative Agent.
