Chartering Arrangements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement and any other Credit Documents, with respect to any charter of a Collateral Vessel through the Unique Tankers Pool, such charter may only be entered into between the Subsidiary Guarantor which owns such Collateral Vessels and Unique Tankers and in no event shall the Parent or any Subsidiary thereof (other than the Subsidiary Guarantor owning such Collateral Vessel) have any obligations thereunder.
