The CHC-MCO must develop outreach materials such as pamphlets and brochures to be used by the IEB to assist Potential Participants and Participants in choosing a CHC-MCO and PCP. The CHC-MCO must develop such materials in the form and content required by the Department. The Department must approve such materials in writing prior to their use.
