CHC's Subcontractors. If any Subcontractor of CHC creates, receives, maintains, or transmits PHI on behalf of CHC for the Services provided to Customer, CHC agrees to enter into an agreement with such Subcontractor that contains substantially the same restrictions and conditions on the Use and Disclosure of PHI as contained in this Addendum.
