Common use of Check Copies Clause in Contracts

Check Copies. We generally keep a copy of each check we post to your account for seven years from the date the check posts to your account. We have no obligation to retain the original check. We typically keep the copies as a digital image. If a copy is unavailable or of poor quality, we are not liable to you for any claim, cost, loss or damage of any kind. After seven years, we may destroy the copies.
