CHECK SAFEKEEPING. Check Safekeeping is automatic on Your Account and Your cancelled checks will not be returned to You. You understand that cancelled checks retained by Us are later destroyed after a reasonable period of time. If You subsequently request a copy of a check and We are unable to supply it, then to the extent permitted by law We shall not be liable for any damage You may sustain.
