Checked Baggage General. Subject to the restrictions set forth below, Carrier will check the baggage of a fare-paying passenger for the flight on which the passenger is traveling. Passenger may not check baggage for transportation on any flight other than the flight on which the Passenger is traveling. Carrier will not check baggage to a destination other than the final destination on the Passenger’s reservation. Acceptance of baggage by Carrier is subject to the following terms and conditions: A. Each piece of baggage must have an identification tag or label on the outside containing the Passenger's name and telephone number; B. Carrier will refuse to accept property as baggage which, because of its nature or characteristics, might cause damage to other baggage; and C. Carrier will not accept as baggage any article which cannot be carried in the baggage compartment of the aircraft. Passengers may check baggage up to two (2) hours prior to their scheduled departure, provided that the Passengers remain in the airport facility.

Acceptance of baggage by Advanced Air, LLC is subject to the following terms and conditions: A. Each piece of baggage must have an identification tag or label on the outside containing the Passenger's name and telephone number; B. Advanced Air, LLC refuse to accept property as baggage which, because of its nature or characteristics, might cause damage to other baggage; and C. Carrier will not accept as baggage any article which cannot be carried in the baggage compartment of the aircraft. D. Passengers may check baggage up to forty-five (45) minutes prior to their scheduled departure, provided that the Passengers remain in the airport facility. E. Hazardous materials, as defined in but not limited to section 14, will not be accepted and/ or transported by Advanced Air, LLC.

Participant may not check baggage for transportation on any flight other than the flight on which the Participant is traveling.   • Shiftworkers 37.1 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who performs Shiftwork and who starts or finishes a shift outside of the ordinary hours set out at clause 36.2 above. 37.2 A Shiftworker shall be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked. 37.3 An Employee who has to work Shiftwork shall be given at least 48 hours of notice of the requirements to work shiftwork. 37.4 For clarity, Shiftwork, means work comprising recurring periods in which different groups of workers do the same jobs in rotation; the different groups of workers do not necessarily need to be employed by the same employer for the purpose of this definition.
