CHECKING AND ACCEPTING THE INVENTORY Sample Clauses

The "Checking and Accepting the Inventory" clause outlines the process by which a party inspects and formally approves the goods or materials delivered under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the timeframe for inspection, the criteria for acceptance, and the steps to follow if discrepancies or defects are found, such as notifying the supplier or requesting replacements. Its core function is to ensure that the receiving party has the opportunity to verify that the inventory meets agreed-upon standards before final acceptance, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over quality or quantity.
