Checks, Notes, Etc. All checks and drafts on the Corporation’s bank accounts and all bills of exchange, promissory notes, acceptances and other instruments of a similar character shall be signed by such Officer or Officers or agent or agents of the Corporation as shall be thereunto authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors.
