Chemours’s Responsibility. Chemours shall prepare and file, or shall cause to be prepared and filed, all Tax Returns required to be filed by or with respect to members of the Chemours Group other than those Tax Returns which DuPont is required to prepare and file under Section 3.01 or Section 3.03. The Tax Returns required to be prepared and filed by Chemours under this Section 3.02 shall include any Chemours Separate Returns.
