Chemport Ownership. Amarin acknowledges and agrees that Chemport owns all rights in and to the Chemport Intellectual Property, including all Intellectual Property rights in and to the API and the documentation, specifications and processes associated with the API. Except as expressly provided in Section 8.3 below, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to transfer or convey, expressly or by implication, any license or any other right, title or interest in or to the Chemport Intellectual Property.
