Cherry Street Access. Except as oth erwise provided in this Section, the Company and its employees, contractors, vendors, customers and agents shall access the Plant Site via the Cherry Street entrance. The parties ackn owledge that, as of the Contract Date, certain sm all-scale haulers of Com munity Septage use the Cherry Street entrance to deliver Community Septage to the Plant. It is the intention of the parties to continue to provide such haulers with access to the Plant via the Cherry Street entrance.
